AFCW PLC will be hosting a SGM on 13 May at the Cherry Red Records Stadium.
Open for all fans to attend from 7.30 pm, it will discuss the changes to the articles previously notified to shareholders.
Shareholders will cast their votes on these changes at the beginning of the evening.
Following the formal part of the evening, 'Meet the PLC Board' will take place, which will be recorded and available to view later in the week.
For those who attend, it will offer an opportunity to meet all of the PLC operating board, including its two new non-executive directors.
This will provide an opportunity to hear an update on the season from a business perspective, with a look ahead to next season and beyond.
